So not all my presents this year were bought. I made a few. And who can go wrong with receiving baked goods for Christmas right (I know Santa loves it haha)?
So these are the 3 mini cheesecakes I made. From top to bottom; Strawberry, Caramel Brownie, and Cookies and cream.
I will admit my first run of these was horrible. I was making chocolate spoons and forgot all about them(they cook faster since they are in smaller spring form pans). But after i calmed down, and gave them my full undivided attention they came out awesome! Im hoping the receivers think so 🙂
